BOG resolution survey step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Open the survey link
Click the link in the email from our chapter that takes you to the resolutions response form. Step 2: Log into your ACP account You must be logged in to your ACP account to view the resolutions and complete the form. If you click the link and can’t see the resolutions, it usually means you’re not logged in yet. Log in, then return to the survey link and try again. |

Step 3: Read each resolution Once you’re logged in, review each resolution listed in the form. To read the resolutions you must click on >Details as pictured. We recommend reading through the full resolution, then focusing on the “Resolved” section (this is what you are voting on). Step 4: Select your response For each resolution, choose one of the following options:
Step 5: Repeat for each resolution Continue this process for each resolution until the full survey is complete. Step 6: Submit the form Once you reach the end of the survey, submit your responses. |
