Missouri ACP invites you to exhibit at our 
2026 Missouri ACP Hospitalist Day & Internal Medicine Meeting

The Missouri Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP) will host a combined Hospitalist Day and Internal Medicine Meeting on October 15–16, 2026, at Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, Missouri. By combining these meetings, exhibitors can seamlessly connect with both hospital medicine and internal medicine physicians across both days.
Exhibitors may participate throughout the meeting and engage with hospitalists, internal medicine physicians, residents, and medical students. The exhibit hall will be open during the event, providing valuable networking and engagement opportunities.

The exhibit hall will be open Thursday and Friday and located within the main conference area to encourage attendee traffic throughout the meeting.

Each exhibit booth includes:

• 8 ft x 10 ft booth space
• One 6 ft table
• Two chairs
• Up to two exhibitor representatives per booth
• Printed list of conference attendees

​Cost to exhibit: $1,500

• 6:30 a.m. – Exhibitor set-up
• 7:30–8:15 a.m. – Breakfast with exhibitors
• 11:40–noon – Break with exhibitors
• 3:30–3:45 p.m. – Break with exhibitors
• 4:30–6:00 p.m. – Social with exhibitors
