Things to know before you register:

• Conference registration includes breakfast and snacks for the days you are registered to attend. Breakfast and snacks are for paid registrants only and additional meal tickets may be purchased for spouses and family members. Students and residents that are attending for the poster contest, or are not registered for the entire conference, will need to purchase meal tickets. Tickets will be collected at meals, so be sure to have your tickets ready.
• Tickets for lunch each day may be purchased. Lunch is not included with any registration, it is a separate fee.
• The banquet has been moved to Saturday night and student awards will take place Saturday during the Doctor's Dilemma competition. Banquet tickets are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately.

• Please note: The ACP registration system is limited in its ability to customize the language of the choices for meal tickets. It may say "If you are bringing more than one guest..." This is not the case.  If you plan to purchase any of these tickets, you will need to purchase for the exact number of people who will be attending.

 

• If you are a retired physician, please call ACP National at 1-800-227-1915 to register at the retiree rate of $70.

Hotel Reservations:

Missouri ACP has a hotel block at Margaritaville. The room block is available until Aug. 21, 2019. Booking prior to August 21 will provide you the best room rate and a room in one of the main buildings. If you book after this date, or through a third party vendor, your room location will not be guaranteed in the main buildings. We ask that you please use our room block and code to book as we have the lowest rate available for this property during these dates. Also, if you book through a third party vendor and have an issue with your room or reservation we will be unable to assist.
