Protecting Your Priorities

Objectives:
1. Ponder 6 key questions to help you dial in to your priorities.
2. Explore ways to get more comfortable saying no.
3. Practice setting boundaries.
4. Leave with at least one practical thing you can do tonight or tomorrow to protect your time.
Format: Brief didactic session leading to interactive discussion where participants will actively determine ways to set boundaries to protect their priorities and will share those with each other. We will learn from and support each other.
