POCUS Workshop Materials

We're looking forward to hosting you in Kansas City next week for the 2-day Midwest POCUS Workshop! Our faculty are excited to spend a few days scanning and teaching with you. Below are a couple of details in case it's helpful for your travel planning. You will also find an online module that we recommend viewing before the course to establish a good foundational knowledge before the course starts.
  • First, see attached for a campus map that highlights the KU Medical Center Health Education Building (HEB) and related parking.
  • Directions and Parking Information - Address: 3700 Rainbow Blvd., Kansas City, Kansas, 66103. KU Campus Map (Location 1 - Health Education Building)
  • Second, if you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know so that we can accommodate in our catering. We will have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages throughout the day.
  • Third, we recommend viewing an online module before attending the course: ACP POCUS 1: Obtaining Adequate Images for Interpretation. This module is free if you are an ACP member, or $50 if not an ACP member. If you pay for the module and bring your CME certificate with you to the conference, we will refund the $50 cost.
