What's a Virtual Advocacy Week?

It's an opportunity to advocate for medicine and your patients from the comfort of your home, car, office, or anywhere you want to advocate!

It's an important year for medicine and our patients and we need your help to educate legislators on our priority issues.
It's an important year for medicine and our patients and we need your help to educate legislators on our priority issues for 2021. We have developed all the resources you need for the 2021 Virtual Advocacy Week.

Priority issues include:
  • Medicaid Expansion - Ensuring the funding is provided to implement this program in our state.
  • Attack on Health Departments - There are several bills that would prevent local and state health departments from implementing safety protocols and restrictions during a pandemic.

We have developed resources for you to use as you reach out to your legislators on these issues, and will hold a kick-off event via Zoom on March 22 at 7:00 p.m. This event is not required but it will provide background information on the current bills, tips on communicating with your legislators, and allow for Q&A on our priority topics.

Register today for the Missouri ACP Virtual Advocacy Week. Upon completion of the registration form you will be provided a link with the details to the Advocacy Week information and resources. This page will show immediately upon completing your registration so please bookmark the page so you can easily access it as needed.
